Summer Place Villa in Disney Area

Our villa is a newly built (2005) privately owned 2-story home located in
the quiet gated community of High Grove. We are conveniently located
off of Hwy 27 near the intersection of Hwy 192 - 6 miles from Disney
World.
With 2200 square feet of spacious living area, 4 bedrooms and 2 &
1/2 bathrooms, this elegantly designed home can accommodate up to 9
people comfortably. Each room is tastefully furnished with the
kitchen meticulously finished with new large and small appliances.
Outside is a screened south-facing pool with rear privacy. The villa
also comes equipped with a game room where the fun can continue
after the theme parks. This home is perfect for one family or even
two families wishing to share.
The living room comes with a color TV and DVD/VCR combo with a
selection of DVDs and VCR videos and movies. Also there is a stereo
with Bose surround sound speakers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with indoor and outdoor dishes and all
utensils. It also has a coffee maker, blender, hand mixer, tea
kettle and toaster.
The game room has an eight foot billiard table, arcade basketball,
foosball table, an electronic dart board game and assorted board
games.
The pool area is screen enclosed and brick paved. The pool can be
heated for an additional charge. There is a Sunbrella hammock, 2 sun
loungers and a patio table with 4 chairs. There is a safety alarm on
all doors to the pool area for children's safety. The pool also
offers direct access to the half bath.
The master bedroom comes with a king size bed with memory foam
topper and a private bathroom with a garden tub, separate shower
with rain shower and massage heads, double sinks and hair dryer. It
also has a walk-in closet, color TV, CD player, alarm/clock radio.
The Queen bedroom comes with a queen size bed and direct access to
the family bathroom which has a tub/shower combo, double sinks and
hair dryer. The bedroom is equipped with a color TV and an
alarm/clock radio.
The twin bedrooms come with 2 twin beds and alarm/clock radio in
each room. One room is equipped with a Playstation with E-rated
games and color TV. There is also a roll away twin bed in one room.
All linens and towels are provided. There is a laundry room equipped
with a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The community of High Grove offers a large clubhouse with many
amenities, a large community pool with hot tub and a children's play
area. The clubhouse also has a workout room, free computer Internet
access, towel service for the pool and hot tub, foosball, billiards,
free coffee and much more.

Orlando has so many activities to offer including theme parks of Sea
World, Universal Studios, and Disney. There are many water parks, go
cart parks, Wonder Works - too many things to do to list!
Disney World theme parks, water parks, shopping, dining, etc. is
only 6 miles away. Even closer are the restaurants and shopping of
Highway 192 with so many choices. Closer still is a 24-hour WalMart
for all of your needs and several grocery and drug stores on Highway
27.
Universal Studios and Sea World are both only about 20 to 25 minutes
away with International Blvd and it's many attractions less than
that.

Rates are for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday. Additional charges are
11% Florida tax and a $75 cleaning fee. Optional pool heat in extra
at $140 per week and is recommended for pool use from November
through March. Until reservation has been confirmed, rates are
subject to change.
