Gas fireplace, Stack washer dryer, tv, dvd player. stereo, Gas
grill, Outdoor shower.
Large back deck for entertaining, cooking, and just relaxing to the breeze.

Outdoor hook up for RV. Water and Electricity. (No sewer connection but a dump station is just a few
miles away)
This is also our personal home away from home so it is comfortably
and fully furnished with every thing you need from towels to cooking
utensils, spices, etc. Just make yourself at home.

Within easy walking distance of all that downtown has to offer. Restaurants, shops, the bayside
park, etc.
The boat ramp is only two blocks away. The Port St Joe marina is 2
minutes away.
The world famous beaches are only minutes away driving east or west.
Apalachicola is only a 20 minute drive for more shopping and
dinning options.
Panama city is a 30 minute drive if you are going
west.
The Cape is only 20 minutes away by car and to the west right out the window across the bay.
