We have made a couple of improvements to our condo this year. We have new energy efficient windows, a hardwood floor, and a nice newly tiled shower stall.
Our condo unit, just steps from Long Sands Beach York ME, is situated at the end of a 5 unit strip of motel rooms turned condo units-part of the Courtesy Condominium Association.
There is parking for 2 cars-one in front of the unit and the other has to park out back. You can sit right outside the unit and enjoy sun or shade, ocean views, or just watch the people walking to and from the beach.
It is ideal for 2 adults.

Our condo unit has 2 comfortable maple twin beds, a sofa, a kitchen table with four chairs, bureau with mirror, apt. size stove/oven, refrigerator, 3/4 bath, color TV with cable, DVD/VCR player, AC, heat, a fan light, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, serving for 8, and assorted pots and pans. There are also 2 beach chairs and 2 outside chairs.
Sheets and towels are not provided. Renters will need to bring 2 sets of twin sheets and one set of queen for the sofa bed. Blankets and pillows are provided. Renters should bring towels for bath, beach and kitchen.

Besides being able to walk about 150 ft. from your room to Long Sands beach, you can hop
the York Trolley to visit the downtown area with its many shops, movie theatre, restaurants,
York Animal Kingdom or Short Sands Beach. Long Sands Beach is about 1.5 miles long and is
a favorite place for your daily walk. York ME has a lot to offer. The historical Nubble
Lighthouse is a favorite landmark visited by many. Ogunquit's quaint artist community to the
north and Kittery's Factory Outlets to the south as well as the Stonewall Kitchen on Rt. 1 are
just a few of the trips that you may enjoy. Golfing and boating are nearby. Of course if you
are into antiques, then this is the area to visit! Finally, don't forget to get your ice-cream
from Brown's Ice-Cream up at the Nubble!
vacation rental rates
April 27th to May 18th is $600.00 a week.
May 18th to June 29th is $700.00 a week.
June 29th to Sept. 7th is $800.00 a week.
Sept. 7th to Oct. 12th is $600.00 a week.
50% is due within one week to book date.
A 7% room tax will be added to your total.
Balance plus a $200.00 refundable deposit-due two weeks before rental.
Inquire about off season weekends (Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Columbus Day weekends not included)-Rate is $250.00-Friday after 3 PM to Sunday 11 AM
