Universal Studios) or 1 hour to San Diego (Sea World and the famous San Diego Zoo.)

The cottage was completely rebuilt in 2005 and includes new appliances, counter tops, beautiful bathrooms, etc. -- it is
top of the line EVERYTHING. The outdoor entertaining area is one of the best features of this home. A large outdoor table sits just off the kitchen and comfortably seats 6-8 people. Outdoor propane barbeque. Great landscaping too!
This designer home has two bedrooms with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. The house also has a pull out couch (queen size bed) so you can comfortably sleep up to 6 persons in the home.
On-Site parking for 1 car. Especially convenient and seldom available at other Balboa Island rentals.

Since this home is just 1/2 block from the bayside beach, and 1 block from Marine Ave. (the "Main Street of Balboa Island"), you can spend your days on the sand (beach chairs and towels included with the home), and your evenings WALKING to town for dinner and the summer nightlife. Other homes on this site promise you "Balboa Island" but are often located
far from the center of town. This home is near downtown Balboa Island and will make a huge difference in how much you enjoy your stay!
