This designer showplace apartment was formerly the office of Ronald
Reagan (from 1947 to 1952 when he was President of the Screen Actors
Guild). The building was completely rebuilt in 2007 and is now a CHIC and
MODERN residential building. This large apartment has two bedrooms
and one bath. Everything is new, but the "office" that was formerly
Ronald Reagan's is restored and now serves as the "living room" of the
home. The residence also has a large dining room with six
stool-height chairs. (This room doubles as an entertaining room.)
The master bedroom, dining room, and living room ALL have stunning
views of Hollywood and the world famous Hollywood sign!!!!

This home has two bedrooms with queen beds in each room. The
house also has an air-mattress which can be inflated in the living
room. With air mattress, you can sleep up to 6 persons in the home.
This is not recommended but acceptable. Recommended maximum is 4
persons. Okay for small children.
