Casa de las Olas in Playa Hermosa, Puntarenas

Luxury, quiet, gate-guarded community of Hermosa Palms. Our neighborhood is in the small town
of Playa Hermosa, 10 minutes south of Jaco. It is a 2 hour drive from the airport in San Jose.
Right in front of our home is an awesome surf break that breaks all year long. The beautiful,
resort-like community pool is located on the beach. Our home is 50 steps behind the pool and beach
(best location).
Our property manager can assist you with anything you may need-tour arrangements, sushi chef, etc.

Our home is brand new(completed in March 2008). We have a beautiful mountain/rainforest view out the back and a nice ocean view out the front.   It has  a water purification system throughout.   All the water is safe and delicious to drink.  The house has  3bedrooms (1-king,2-full, 1-queen)  and 3 bathrooms.   All of the
mattresses are high quality, pillow top mattresses.  Casa de las Olas is air-conditioned and tastefully  decorated. 
We have a telephone and cable tv. We also have WIFI.  The house has all the amenities-
fully stocked kitchen, boogie boards, beach towels, brand new bbq, kitchen seating for 12.

There is so much to do nearby- rain forest hiking, horseback riding, surfing, golfing, fishing,
crocodile tours, bird watching, shopping, etc.
Our beach is home to the Olive Ridley Turtles. They lay their eggs between July and December.
Sometimes you can participate in releasing the newly hatched babies to the ocean!

May-November: $1300 per week
Easter and Christmas weeks: $2400 per week
50% due upon booking
$500 refundable damage deposit
cleaning fee $140-give to property manager upon arrival.
