This beautiful Townhome is situated on an island between the Braden
rivers and the Manatee river. Linked only by a bridge to the
mainland. Our spacious Townhome is one of six units that overlooks
the stunning river views which is home to abundance of wildlife. If
fishing is one of your many hobbies or nice walks and relaxing times
is on your agenda this is the place for you! Bradenton has 18 golf
courses 5 are public 18-hole courses,8 semi-private facilities, and
the rest private with more courses being added each month. The public
courses usually charge beyween $ 20-50 as green fees.
New waterfront Key West Style construction townhome with gated
entry, private park with river and gulf access. Jet ski or canoe
rental available upon request for additional fee.

This exquisite Townhome is fully furnished and equiped with all the
comforts one would expect from an executive Private Island. Living
area has 50 inch PLASMA cable television and additional highspeed
internet, hi-fi stereo system with access to cd and Mp-3 player.
Washer and dryer, telephone, refridgerator/freezer with ice maker,
microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee and/or tea maker, expresso
machine and bar area. Extensive cookware and utensiles, bed linens
and bath/beach toweles are provided for your convenience.

Minutes away. Also try St. Armand's circle, Southgate Mall and the
Desoto Mall for fine shopping. Fine dinning and great night out at
the Van Weasel Performing Arts Center are 15 minutes away. Endless

charter boat. Watch the dolphins and manatees swim free, from the
