Beautiful contemporary cabin on wooded 1 acre property in southern Berkshire County. The house is
open and airy and on a property that runs along a river. An open first floor plan includes a kitchen
with a breakfast bar and new stainless steel appliances.
The living room has a fireplace, TV with DVD/VCR and a stereo system. Dining area comfortably seats
over 10 people. There is a large deck and a separate screened in porch.
The second floor has four bedrooms including one master suite with a king size bed, two bedrooms with
queen size beds and a fourth room with two bunk beds and a TV/DVD/Play station.
The home is located in Otis Wood Lands, a planned community that has a lake for swimming and non-
powered boating. There is also a heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, a playground, clubhouse, new
exercise facilities and many trails for hiking.
The home is conveniently located near the crossroads of Route 8 and Route 23, only 3 hours from NYC
and 2 and a half hours from Boston. Stockbridge, Lenox and Lee with many theaters, museums,
Tanglewood and major shopping outlets are a short 20 minute drive. Six Flags amusement park is only
about 45 minutes away.
