Quiet, family friendly, direct oceanfront located in exclusive
Ponce Inlet just ten miles south of Daytona Beach on a "no drive
beach! Only about an hour's drive to Orlando and the space coast.
Shuttle flights can be viewed from the beach here.

The condo was recently remodeled with new tile floors in living
areas and carpet in bedrooms. Linens, towels, including beach towels,
and all you expect are provided for you - boogie boards, sand buckets
and other "little extras" are in the unit.

The large master suite has a new king size bed with a terrific view
of the ocean through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to a
balcony with table and chairs overlooking the ocean, There is also
a very large walk in closet and a separate dressing area.

The guest bedroom is very spacious with two full beds and two closets
and dresser. Great for kids or another couple!

The large living area has a direct oceanview and sliding glass doors
to the balcony. Furniture includes a sofa sleeper, loveseat and lazy
boy recliner. Also includes VCR, and TV.

The condo is located on the second floor with a direct ocean view,
shuffleboard area and a large ocean front pool. It is a no drive
beach so it is perfect for running, biking or just relaxing in the
sun and ocean. A perfect place for a beach vacation!

No Smoking and no pets.

Washer/dryer in condo, phone, Central Air Conditioning, Cable TV
(living room and master), VCR, DVD, fully equipped kitchen,
microwave,coffee maker, new refrigerator with ice maker, new self-
clean range. Table and chairs on balcony. Internet available in
community room.

Shared Amenities: Assigned underground parking plus above ground
parking lot, very spacious heated pool, club house, tennis, shuffle
board, sauna.
Great outdoor restaurant next door (Racers North Turn). Food is
scrumptous!

Daytona Motor Speedway, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse & Museum (2 miles).
Biking, great fishing, shopping, Daytona Flea Market, boating,
casino boat cruises. Daytona Beach just 20 minutes away! Cape
Canaveral and Orlando approximately 75 minutes drive.

Shuttle flights can easily be seen from the beach.

A $200.00 security deposit is required with all reservations. It
