This private year round home is on the shores of Ballston Lake in
southern Saratoga County NY. Located 5 miles west of Interstate 87
Exit 11, and 14 miles south of Saratoga Springs and the Saratoga Race
Tracks.

Ballston Lake is a private, four mile long, deep water lake with a
great reputation for fabulous fishing and water sports such as skiing
and boarding.

Your front door is just 50' from the waters edge and the private boat
and swimming docks makes the lake and all its beauty and recreation
convenient and easy to enjoy. Our location provides full day sun and
is situated on a private road.

The Village of Ballston Lake is just down the road and is home to an
ice cream shop, convenience store, and historic tavern & pub. As part
of your stay be sure to take an evening or two to visit
Saratoga Springs for fine dining, historic parks, shopping and of
course the Saratoga Race tracks.

Rental Amenities include fully equipped kitchen with microwave.
Linens, iron & ironing board, hairdryers bath/beach towels. Outdoor
fire place, picnic table, gas grill, outside furniture, canoe,
paddles, life jackets, float tubes etc. Plenty of deck area on the
water front, as well as boat docking space, and a spacious area for
lawn games and activities.

Please note that this is a no smoking building!

July and August- weekly rate is $1100, or $200 per day with a 3 day
minimum.

Other periods - weekly rate is $900, or $170 per day with a 3 day minimum.
