Just a block away from town with easy walk to shops, movies. and  
restaurants. Easily accomplished by wheelchair. 
 
There is a lovely flow through sliding glass doors from the living  
room, family room, and master suite to the patio where there is a  
large built in pool, separate spa area with a deck, and an ample BBQ  
to enjoy. Ramp access from all of the above mentioned rooms. This  
home is very "homey and family comfortable" The large brick  
fireplaces,one in the living room, and one in the family room, are  
perfect to enjoy in the evening.The backyard is well lit so a game  
of ping pong can be played anytime.
