This upstairs townhome is at the top of the world! You will enjoy 
luxury amenities, a great location and beautiful ocean view during 
your stay at this home. 
 
This unit can be rented in conjunction with the Windansea Beach House 
right down stairs for a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeping 
space for up to 12 and two amazing views. The Vista Del Mar has just 
undergone a complete remodel. So you can be one of the first to stay 
in this First Class home. 
 
The Vista Del Mar is a First Class 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a 
large open living room with vaulted ceilings, sky lights and large 
glass doors that open up to the ocean and your own private balcony. 
The brand-new contemporary furnishings throughout the home make this 
home perfect for those who appreciate luxury. The living room is fully 
equipped with two comfortable, black leather couches, large screen 
television with HBO, a dvd player and a seperate work/study desk area 
with wifi high speed internet access. In addition, there is a stereo 
with 6 disk CD player, and a telephone with free local and long 
distance service. 
 
The spacious kitchen is complete with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher 
and microwave. This home comes complete with all dishes, glassware, 
utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, as well as all kitchen 
utensils and small appliances necessary to prepare any meal. The 
adjacent dining area has seating for 4 and a beautiful view of the 
sparkling Pacific Ocean. 
 
The beautifully decorated dual master bedrooms both have high end 
mattresses, relaxing luxury linens and pillows. Both bedrooms have 
large french door closets, their own private bathrooms with custom 
tile, bedside tables with lamps and televisions with full cable 
channels. All linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, beach 
towels) are provided. 
 
This home is a great place to spend your vacation and enjoy your stay 
in our beach neighborhood. Windansea beach is less than a block away 
and we provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, a 
cooler, bicycles and wagon to carry everything with you so that you 
can better enjoy the area the way locals do. 
 
A full-size washer and dryer are provided in the home for your 
convenience. There is off street parking for one car in the driveway 
plus ample parking on the street. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

In addition, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered to 
the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your 
credit card. To cancel or change your order, please contact us before

Vacation Rental Rates

$2,000/week or $335/night or $6,000/month during the Winter Season 
(October 1 - May 31) 
$2,400/week or $400/night during Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years, 
Spring Break/Easter, Memorial Day 
$2,600/week or $435/night during Mid Season (June 1 - 14 and September 
2 - 30) 
$2,800/week during the Summer season - weekly basis from Saturday - 
Saturday only (June 15 - Sept 1) 
 
**These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, cleaning fee or refundable 
security deposit. 
**We require a minimum 4 night rental during the Winter and Holiday 
seasons
