Vacation Rental Description

Nestled in Northwest Buncombe County with fabulous long-range 
mountain views, Paradise Peaks will lull you into total 
relaxation.....10.2 acres located at an elevation of 2400 ft. with 
breath-taking views year-round.  This property butts up to a 2600 
acre nature preserve.  Imagine swaying in the hammock or rocking in 
the rocking chairs listening to the peaceful sounds of nature on the 
large back deck.  There's an abundance of wildlife that roam the 
property and soar the skies above.  A small stream runs along the 
bottom of the pasture.  This property is pet-friendly and is a 
wonderful home if you want to get away from it all.  It has all the 
amenities that you would want or ever need.  Located just twenty 
minutes and seventeen miles to downtown Asheville and all Asheville 
has to offer including The Biltmore Estate & Winery, The Blue Ridge 
Parkway, and all of the outdoor adventures.

This cape cod style home features four bedrooms and 2.5 baths for 
large or small groups of families and friends.  The master suite has 
a king-size bed and is located on the main level with a private 
vanity and walk-in shower.  The second level has three bedrooms and 
a bathroom with separate tub and shower.  
The second bedroom has a king-size bed.  The third bedroom features 
a queen-size bed.  The fourth bedroom offers a full size futon and 
there is a queen-size air bed. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

TV's in three rooms with DirecTV, high speed wireless internet, 
entertainment area includes DVD, VCR, stereo with cassette, CD, 
radio and MP3 capabilities.  There is a library of DVD's, videos, 
and books.  There is a wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen 
including convection oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee-
maker,ice maker in the fridge,
dishwasher, cooking utensils, a complete line of pots and pans, and 
full set of spices for your use.  There is a propane gas grill, 
patio table and chairs with an umbrella, a hammock, and several 
rocking and sittings chairs on the large back deck.  The property 
features central air/heat with ceiling fans throughout.  There is a 
two-car garage with a washer, dryer, and ample linens and towels.  
There are maps and brochures for local attractions.  There is a 
quiet sitting room right off the kitchen area, local phone, and a 
walk-in pantry.  We provide your initial paper and cleaning 
products.  Well-behaved pets are welcomed.

Activities and Attractions

All the culture of Asheville including art galleries, exceptional 
restaurants, antiques, craft shops, and malls are a short distance 
away.  Must see attractions include The Biltmore Estate and Winery, 
The Blue Ridge Parkway, Chimney Rock, Cherokee Indian Village and 
Casino, Bat Cave, and Lake Lure.  The Grove Park Inn offers a day 
spa for natural healing.  Several events occur throughout the year 
including Belle Chere, Craft Fair, and the Goombay Festival.  Year-
round activities are minutes away including white water rafting, 
canoeing, kayaking, and fishing, mountain-biking, hiking, and golf.  
Seven ski resorts are nearby for winter activities with Wolf Ridge 
ski resort an hour away.

Restrictions: No youth groups, student groups, or fraternaties.

Vacation Rental Rates

Two night minimum stay is required. Rates based upon 1-4 people.  
For 5 or more people, add $25.00 per night or $175.00 per week.

Additional Fees:

Taxes:  Add 7% North Carolina tax to all totals

Cleaning Fee: $75.00 per stay

Pet Fees:  $15.00 per night for each pet up to a maximum of $75 per 
pet for each stay.

Security Deposit: $250.00 damage deposit refundable upon acceptable 
checkout.

Cancellation Policy:  50% deposit required to hold reservation and 
is refundable minus a $25 booking fee up until 30 days prior to 
check-in date.  30 days in advance of reservation date, payment is 
due in full and is non-refundable.  Reservations made within 30 days 
of check-in must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-
refundable.  Payment can be made via personal check, cashier's 
check, and Paypal.
