Tranquil home on one acre vista in Lake Vallecito, Colorado.  20 miles from Durango 15 miles to 
Bayfield, this new home boasts great views from every window. 

Wildlife abounds around in this comfortable and welcoming vacation home.  Wake and end each day 
watching deer, turkeys, humming birds and eagles.

A great room surrounds a stunning stone fireplace with double sets of French doors leading to a 
lovely deck 12 x 30 overlooking mountains and peek a boo views of the lake.  

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and is fully stocked with kitchenware and other 
cooking amenities.  

There is a comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom suite and a queen bed in the guest room.  

A carpeted loft with a full bath is ready for your sleeping bags and late night stories.

Enjoy this home for a long weekend or a full week for $150 per night for a party of 2 ($200 for 3 or 
more), plus an $80 cleaning fee. 

Guests are expected to honor house rules and leave the home picked up and ready for deep cleaning.
