Nature and wildlife abound around in this comfortable and welcoming vacation home. A gorgeous great room surrounds a stunning stone fireplace with double sets of French doors leading to a lovely deck (12 x 30) overlooking the San Juan mountains and views of Lake Vallecito. Take a drive to Trimble Hot Springs or Pagosa Springs for a soothing soak in the local hot springs.

A fabulous and modern kitchen is equipped with new appliances and is fully stocked with ample cookware, glassware and silverware plus cooking supplies and paper goods. There are two new super comfortable king size beds on the main floor, one in the master bedroom suite, the second in the guest bedroom. A spacious loft with a queen bed and a full bath is ready for your late night stories.
