Beautiful ocean views! (The photograph to the right is the actual view
from the front balcony.) This immaculate home with brand-new
contemporary furnishings is located just a short block from the ocean.
It is a large 2 bedroom, 2 bath with separate dining area, granite
countertops in kitchen, queen sofa bed, travertine floors, private
garden patio, fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, televisions in each
bedroom, plasma television and CD/DVD player in living room, fine
linens and more.

On your private balcony, you are able to enjoy the breath-taking views of the ocean. The garden patio includes an outdoor dining table and chairs, as well as gas BBQ, perfect for a memerable dinner with family and friends.

A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. This
home also comes complete with parking for one car in the driveway. We also provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels, so that you can better enjoy the area the way we do. Plus for families with small
children, we provide a pak-n-play crib, highchair, noise monitor and
baby gates with the rental of this home. You can also rent additional
items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, etc. for an
additional delivery fee.

This home has both cable TV and Wireless internet to ensure that you stay connected while on vacation. Plus we offer bicycles and a wagon to help you get around town and see all the sights the city has to offer! So whether you want to enjoy a fun night in or a day of adventure we offer everything from board games and grocery delivery service to discount amusement park tickets available on request.

This unit can be rented in conjunction with the Vista Del Mar right up
stairs for a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeping space for up
to 12 and two amazing views.

Everything you need is only 5 minutes away
- beach, shops, casual or world class dining and enjoy the best
Mediterranean climate. Driving a short distance will bring you to the
world famous San Diego Zoo, the downtown Gaslamp Quarter, Sea World,
Mission Bay. For the explorer, a two hour drive will take you to
mountains at 6,000 feet or the desert below sea level - probably the
most varied terrain of anywhere imaginable.

In addition, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered to
the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your
credit card. To cancel or change your order, please contact us before
5pm PST the day prior to your arrival. For a complete list of items
