Villa Dawn vacation rental is located just steps away from the beach 
on the lush north shore, the most beautiful area of St. Croix, USVI. 
This secluded and tropically landscaped four bedroom, three bath 
villa has breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and it's stunning 
sunsets. It is just off of one of the most beautiful beaches on St. 
Croix, Cane Bay Beach! Villa Dawn is the closest villa to Cane Bay 
Beach and the Cane Bay Dive Shop. Not only does Cane Bay have a 
gorgeous white sand beach, but just a short swim from the shore you 
will find spectacular diving and snorkeling at "The Wall", one of the 
premier dive spots in the Caribbean! Within just a short walk from 
the villa are four beachfront restaurants and bars. If you are 
looking for vacation rentals with that extra touch of luxury in a 
stunning location, then Villa Dawn is your choice!

Villa Dawn vacation rental is literally just steps from the beach. 
The property goes all the way down to the coast road in front of the 
villa. On the other side of the road is Cane Bay Beach! Recline on 
the large front veranda of this luxury vacation property and listen 
to the soothing sounds of the Caribbean waves while gentle island 
breezes caress you. Go swimming in the pool... it's spectacular. It 
is surrounded by a 1500 sq. ft. deck. It has four barstools in the 
water which overlook the Caribbean and a lighted fountain with a 
waterfall that overflows into the pool.

The upper level of the villa is a centrally air conditioned, fully 
equipped, three bedroom, two bath vacation retreat with a complete 
kitchen and an incredible view from the living room and it's "wall of 
windows". The ground floor is fully equipped with A/C, one bedroom, 
living room, kitchen and bath. Both levels are equipped with TV, VCR 
and complete AM/FM/CD/Cassette stereo systems. No amenities have been 
forgotten. The villa has unobstructed views of Cane Bay Beach, the 
Caribbean Sea and the surrounding lush mountains from both the large 
front veranda as well as from most of the 1.3 acres that make up this 
St. Croix, USVI island paradise. Duty free shopping and fine dining 
is just a 20 minute drive to either Frederiksted or Christiansted. 
For your privacy, we will reserve the villa to only one group at a 
time.

Weekly Rates in Peak Season (mid-Dec. to mid-April)
 1 - 2 Guests - $3,000
 3 - 4 Guests - $3,500
 5 - 6 Guests - $4,000
 7 - 8 Guests - $4,500
 9 -10 Guests - $4,900 (queen futon)
 11 - 12 Guests - $5,500
 Christmas and New Years weeks are higher, please call for rates and 
availability.

Weekly Rates for Off Peak Season (mid-April to mid-Dec.)
 1 - 2 Guests - $2,400
 3 - 4 Guests - $2,600
 5 - 6 Guests - $2,900
 7 - 8 Guests - $3,600
 9 -10 Guests - $3,900 (queen futon)
 11 - 12 Guests - $4,600

An 8% island tax is additional, $500 refundable security deposit 
required. No smoking indoors. Check in 4pm, check out 11am. Rentals 
are generally Saturday - Saturday or Sunday - Sunday (Some exceptions 
may apply). There is a 10% surcharge for Easter and 
Spring break weeks.  Mid-week maid service is available for an 
additional charge. We can arrange for your vehicle rental and for you 
to be met at the airport by the rental agency, at the best rates on 
the island!
