Largest rental in St. Pete Beach! Come and relax in this new 4500 square
foot stunning Southern Living/ Key West style waterfront pool home on
protected (sailboat or power boat, no bridge issues, easy access to the gulf)
intracoastal waterway with elevator to all 3 levels. Private boat dock. The
dock has a fish cleaning table with water and electric. There is an
outdoor kitchen/bar with Jen Air Grill and small built in refrig overlooking
water and oversized pool. There is also a kayak for your use. Mature
tropical landscaping with lots of coconut palms. Automatic landscape lighting
and irrigation.

Large protected covered tiled patio overlooking the pool. 2 upper tiled decks
have great views. 2 huge master suites with walk-in closets and bathrooms.
Main level bedroom is gigantic and has a full bath next to it that is used as
a shared guest bath. The main master suite has a huge shower and jacuzzi
overlooking the private cove. There is a smaller bedroom that is used as a
child's room with a bunk bed that sleeps 3 with a futon bottom.

The 2 upper floors have volume ceilings, oak and cherry flooring with a beach
decor. The windows are tinted so you can see out but no one can see in
during daylight hours. There are 2 rooms on the ground floor, one is a fully
functional business office for internet use, the other room is a large
private downstairs hang out room and has a queen bed. This room has a full
bath (also used as the pool bath) and can be used as a private suite with a
private entrance and over looks the pool. Great for teenagers! The home has
all wood floors and tile throughout..no carpet. Pets are allowed up to
25lbs. Limit of 2.

All bedrooms have TV with cable. There is a 42"Plasma TV in the second story
Family room with surround sound, DVD and CD player. There is a Work out room
off of the family room with a Nordic Track eliptical exercise bike for your
use, this can also be used as bedroom. There is a full size futon in there.

The formal dining room is off of the family kitchen which has granite counter
tops and a breakfast nook. There is a 2 car garage with opener. There is a
third and second floor video phone to view and talk located at the main entry
door. The elevator is great for luggage, groceries, elderly family members or
just to ride!

You will really enjoy this well equipped home. It's very comfortable with
many private areas to be alone or just get some quiet time. It's also great
for entertaining. The home is a great house for kids. They can fish from the
dock or swim all day. (There is a dock light for night fishing)

You can swim and sun in the beautiful pool. You can enjoy BBQ'ing poolside.
You can enjoycthe covered decks and patios overlooking the private cove and
swaying coconut palm trees. You can often see the Manatees and Dolphins
frequent the cove. Manatees lay under the dock many months of the year. Rent
or use your own boat to fish, water ski, wake board or just go out and enjoy
the intercoastal. At Eggmont Key National Park or Ft. Desoto Park you can
beach your boat in blue water,or have a picnic. Watch the kids build
sandcastles or swim in the protected water. These islands are
about a 25 min scenic boat ride away. These parks have the most beautiful
beaches you can find anywhere. At the end of the day you can relax inside the
beautiful air conditioned home doing puzzles, watching TV, playing cards or
whatever...

Great location. Walking distance to one of the worlds best public beach's.
Walk to the local beach theater located downtown St Pete Beach which is 3 1/2
blocks walking distance. Every third weekend there is a large Arts and Crafts
show. The beach has parasailing, jet ski rentals along with other non powered
water sports rentals. Tyrone mall is a 15 minute drive. Many fine restaurants
within walking distance or a short drive. Downtown St. Petersburg has many
museums, upscale restaurants, night clubs, day markets, shopping galore,
theaters....20 min drive. Tampa Airport is 30 mins. Downtown Tampa is 45
min. Sarasota is 30 min. Disney is 1 hour 15 min drive!
