This distinguished brownstone building is ideally located, situated just two blocks from the
Columbus Circle subway station and Time Warner building, and five blocks from Central Park.

The apartments feature exposed brick walls, high ceiling and wood floor through out, with
private entrances to each bedroom. all three bedrooms have 2 double beds which allows guests to
maximize living space.

The exterior facade, interior hallway, and the insides of all apartment units have been completely
renovated and upgraded recently.

vacation rental rates

Room rates are based upon single/double occupancy. $130 per room/(two full size bed), third guest
for $25 per night. Holiday prices( $150) may apply

Minimum reservation of four(4) nights weekdays and three (3) nights weekends may be required. Some
holiday or high-season periods may have a five-night requirement. Minimum stay requirements may be
reduced for reservations made within one week of arrival. Please contact us regarding availability,
specific minimum stay requirements, and rates for exceptions to the requirements.

Rooms are available for check-in by appointment after 2:00 pm. Should you wish to arrive earlier, we
are happy to register you, check your bags, and provide you with keys to your room which will be
ready for you after 2:00 pm. As we do not have a 24-hour desk and out of courtesy to our other
guests, we ask that, whenever possible, all check-ins occur before 10:00 pm. All arrivals need to
provide flight information or other arrival details in order to confirm arrival time. Check out time
is 12:00 noon.

Charge for extra person in room is $25 per night in rooms that can accommodate a third person.

Room assignments will not be changed without notification.

All room rates are included the state & local hotel tax.

A refund, minus a $50 rebooking charge, for late cancellation or early checkout will be given only
if the room is rebooked for the rest of the stay. Refund checks are processed at the end of each
month.

No meals are included in the room rates.
