Vacation Rental Description

Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon, this new complex stands alone, 
unchallenged by other high rise complexes in the distance.  
Residents enjoy the quiet solitude offered by the white sandy 
beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, sunbathing in an almost private 
atmosphere as the sea gulls cry from above.  Then refresh in the 
large crystal clear pool on the second level overlooking the gulf, 
or lounge in the sauna following a brisk workout in the fitness 
room.  Want to do more?  How about swimming, fishing, water or jet 
skiing, or boating in the lagoon?  Bring your boat or jetski, or 
rent one locally. Sanibel has plenty of additional parking.  And or 
course, since the heart of Gulf Shores is only minutes away, you can 
avail yourself of all the local charm and beauty that comes from 
coastal living.  Great restaurants, shopping, water and other theme 
parks, not to mention at least 10 of the best golf courses to be 
found.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit has central air; Full size washer and dryer, Cable TV, 
Full Kitchen, Dining table that seats 6, Refrigerator with in-door 
ice and water, Dishwasher, Microwave and balcony. WiFi is available 
through Neighbor Networks LLC for $8 per day or $20 per week.
The Complex has a fitness room, Heated Pool, Kiddie Pool, 2 elevators,
cable television (one in each bedroom and living room.  On Site guard 
during spring and summer evenings.
There is also Covered parking, Parking for RV/Boat or Trailer and an 
elevator.
