Relax and enjoy in our newly remodeled Adirondack Style home.  This 
lakeside condominium offers year round pleasure. 

Features:
•The condominium is located at Bristol Harbour Village Resort, on 
Canandaigua Lake in New York's picturesque Finger Lakes Region.
•Awesome Views overlooking Canandaigua Lake from two balconies.
•A family room with a private balcony overlooking the lake and a 
Vermont Castings wood-burning stove that takes the chill out of 
those cool evenings. Enjoy a 26” flat screen TV, DVD, Game Cube, 
A/C, and Cable TV.
•Enjoy the country queen size bed in the master bedroom and a 
private balcony overlooking the lake. 
•The second bedroom is very large and features three twin size beds, 
TV and plenty of storage.  
•One full bath and one half bath. 
•Our inviting home is newly remodeled with a charming decor. We are 
pleased to offer kitchen and bath necessities for your convenience 
and relaxation. Our renovations include new furniture, hard wood 
flooring through out, and freshly painted with warm colors.
•Bed Linens, towels, washer and dryer in the unit, dishwasher and 
microwave come standard.
•Covered parking with handicap access to main floor.
•Wi-Fi wireless available at the Resort and can usually be found 
close by.

Golf, Hiking and Skiing. 
•Dine locally at one Canadaigua's fine restaurants or enjoy the 
wonderful restaurant at Bristol Harbour. The Lodge has first class 
dining in an Adirondack tavern setting with a gorgeous view.  
•The resort features an eighteen-hole Robert Trent Jones designed 
championship golf course, pro shop and bar. The course is renowned 
for its spectacular views of the lake and hills.
•Boat slips for boats up to 22' are available for guests, boats may 
be launched at a nearby public launch. Canoes, kayaks, or sailboats 
may be launched from shore.
•The lake offers great fishing, swimming or just hang out on the 
sandy private beach. A Lifeguard is on duty and snack bar is open 
during summer months. 
•Our guests also have free use of an exercise room equipped with 
showers, pool table, ping pong, basketball court and a private beach. 
•NEW****One sit-on-top Kayak and a Tandem Kayak with life vests available for use at no charge.
•Four tennis courts, no fees

golf course and a marina. Cross country skiing is available on-site 
or Bristol Mountain is a ten minute drive.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer 2008 Rates:
Late Spring May 24th –June 21st  $1000/per week*, $200/night
June 21st – September 6th           $1250/per week*, $250/night**
September 6th – October 4th        $1000/per week*, $200night
* Typical week is Saturday afternoon (4 pm) – Saturday Morning at (11 am), 7 nights
** Minimum 4 Night Stay

$250 security deposit 

Off Season Rates:
October-May                         
$1300/per month
$700 /Week
$350/weekend, 2 nights, $150 for additional nights 

All prices include utilities.

Sleeping Accommodations:
•Master Bedroom: two on queen-size bed, adjacent to full bath
•Guest Bedroom: three on three twins, TV, adjacent to full bath
•Spacious Living Room: one or two on new sleep sofa, adjacent to 
powder room.
