Vacation Rental Description

side of Shore Road – with an easy walk to Chatham’s beaches, Fish 
Pier, Lighthouse, town center, outdoor band concerts and fine 
restaurants.  Just minutes walk from The Chatham Bars Inn golf, 
tennis and restaurant facilities.  

Property includes private path with association rights to the 
Atlantic Ocean.  Large backyard situated on .9 acre with organic 
vegetable and flower gardens.  

Sleeping accommodations in the main house include four bedrooms: (1) 
first floor master queen, (2) second floor over-sized twins, (3) 
first floor trundle twin, (4) second floor trundle twin, and two 
sleeper sofas.  

The home is within walking distance to four beautiful swimming 
beaches or walk directy to the Atlantic Ocean via private path.

The “Kid’s Out-back” is located adjacent to the garage structure and 
includes “child –sized” studio twins, toilet and sink.

This charming home is well equipped, well maintained and located in 
perhaps Chatham’s most desirable location.  No pets and no smoking.  
Must have strong references. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fireplace, two telephone lines, DSL/ wireless connection, satellite 
TV with VCR and DVD, CD player, AM/ FM tuner, fully equipped kitchen, 
microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, basement with washer 
and dryer, coolers, gas grill, beach chairs and organic garden.  
Linens are not provided except by special arrangement.

Biking, hiking, golf, tennis, swimming, fishing, wildlife viewing, 
shelling, seal and whale watching, shopping, restaurants, live 
theatre, cinemas, museums, sightseeing, power boating, sailing,

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season - July 7 to September 1, 2007 - $6,500 per week
Mid Season - June and September - $4,500 per week
Off Season - October through May - $3,250 per week, except for 
Christmas and Thanksgiving
