Just in front of the house there are a beautiful formation of coral reefs where you can snorkel.
Flamingo watching spot, deep sea fishing, golf, Mayan ruins and excellent sea food are just a few of the great things you will experience.

fresh sea food, veggies, church, drugstore, video store, laundry and
excellent sea food restaurants.
The colonial city of Merida is just 35 minutes away where you can
visit cultural sites, handcraft markets, shopping malls, department
stores, supermarkets like Walmart, Sam's Club and Costco and taste
the world famous Yucatecan cuisine. Merida is also recognized for
their excellent medical services and hospitals.
Other turistic places of the area you can visit are the ancient
haciendas, the Mayan ruins like Chichen Itza, Dzibichaltun and Uxmal,
etc. The city of Cancun is 4 hours driving from the house.
A golf course is just 20 minutes away.
The airport you should fly into is Merida (MID) or Cancun (CUN)

Special rates for 2009-2010
1 to 4 guests: $700.00 week / $2,000 month. (1 villa)
5 to 12 guests: $1,200.00 week / $2,800.00 month. (all the property)
