Great Place to Stay

This condo is great for a couple or single traveller...a little small for 4 people. It has everything you need for a short or extended stay in St. Pete. Loved the location - only a five minute walk to the beach and central to everything offered in the area. Although I rented a car, if you plan on staying near the beach for your holiday, you definitely don't need one. I loved this complex and I would highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Recommended for: age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car

Location was great since you can walk to beach and a number of restaurants. Only major downside is the smokers. there are a lot of them and the way the complex is set up you can smell smoke almost anywhere in the complex. Also, the pool area is very small and does not get sun for a large percentage of the day. There were a number of young children here so would not recommend for older couples.

Recommended for: families with young children

Owners response: Unfortunately none of us that own can control who's in the complex at any given time. Sometimes there are children but the majority of the time it is all older adults since that's who spend their winters here. As far as smokers. Same thing. Guess sometimes you have none and sometimes you have quite a few. I do know none of allow smoking in the units.

We rented this condo for 2 years in a row and would rent it again in a second.
The condo is very cute inside everything is very nice dishes, bedding, kitchen war all done in palm trees. It has always been very clean when we arrived.
The owner has called us to make sure everthing was ok. The pool area is great a lot of the same people come back and they are all friendly and fun. The heated pool is cleaned twice a week and the grounds are swept and cleaned up. Beach short walk 5 min. great looking beach lots of restaurants within walking
distance. You dont need a car as you can walk to the supermarket and drug store.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car
