We will no longer give refunds for misreading our description or not reading your contract. We realize that young kids and larger dogs create more wear and tear and have designed a cabin for those families traveling with this specific need.

Our place is decorated with a mixture of antique and new furnishings but is not so pristine you have to worry every five seconds about damaging designer pieces. We certainly expect you to take good care of the place but we have two boys, so we get the fact that they need wide open spaces to play, lots of games and toys, and if they catapult over the couch playing ninja attack when you have your back turned we understand---I mean, you can't crate train them like the dogs. Just don't have the kids wipe their hands on our custom-made drapes or have your dogs use our good dining room chairs as chew toys : )

Cedar Creek Cabin, Julian is located near Cedar Creek Falls on close to an acre of land in the exclusive area of Pine Hills 4 miles from the historic town of Julian in Northern San Diego.  We are the only cabin in the area that not only accepts young children and pets, we cater to them! You will find virtually everything you need for you and your family to enjoy a peaceful getaway in a private location.

The property is completely fenced on two levels, the decks and the main yard. Home to the wild turkeys and deer, our water trough gives you front row seating to morning and afternoon migrations.

A semi-private road leads you to a private driveway.

DOWNSTARIS UNIT: The first floor suite is the perfect place for a couple with up to one child and boasts a huge corner wood-burning fireplace.  A Quuen bed as well as a daybed that pulls out to 2 twins or one King is on this floor along with a private bathroom.

UPSTAIRS UNIT:  This is the main living area.  It has a large living room with sofa-bed and loveseat, another corner fireplace, dining room for 12, and a full kitchen.  A special closet holds dog essentials.

BONUS ROOM (AVAIL ONLY IF BOOKED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE): Kitchenette, Queen Bed, Full Bed, Twin Bed.  Share bathroom with downstairs suite. 

Enjoy beautiful sunsets through majestic trees from our 8-ft living room slider and picture window or the balcony and deck that the slider leads to.  Deck wraps around to the front area where we have another table and deck area.

Just minutes away are daytime adventures for you and your family including a Gold Mine Tour, fishing, horseback riding, wine tasting, and a stroll through downtown Julian for shopping and a slice of world-famous apple pie.

Walk up the main road and view a panoramic vista of the mountains and ocean from Mexico to the Catalina Islands.

OFF-SITE: Just minutes from Julian, a wide array of activities and shopping await you.
Visit Dudley's famous bakery in Santa Ysabel and stop by the new casino/resort.
Go fishing in Cuyamaca Lake!

Whole house (excludes Bonus Room) ONLY on weekends & Summer season:  $300/night plus $65 cleaning for 4 adults. Extra guests charges $10/person per night apply after that.  After 6 adults Bonus Room included in fee.  Cleaning fee WITH Bonus Room is $95 flat. 

Upstairs: M-W $185/n 2 adults 2 kids $45 cleaning fee  2 BR/1BA, living room/TV, dining room, kitchen, fireplace, laundry, wrap-around deck, balcony

Downstairs:  M-W $125/night 2 adults max  $25 cleaning  fee  Studio/1BA, fireplace, Queen bed, sofa/daybed with 2 Twins or 1 King, TV, fridge, small coffee maker, porch

BONUS ROOM: $50/night fee unless booked with a large group where we are already chraging per guest  $35 cleaning fee.  sleeps an additional 5 people.  Has kitchenette, microwave, full-size coffee maker, Queen, Full, and Twin bed.
