Vacation Rental Description

This is the first floor of a brand new duplex, just completed in 
November 2006, located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Ocean 
City near a very desirable section of the boardwalk. Large living 
area includes living room with fireplace, dining room, and kitchen 
with center island. Hard-wood floor throughout living room, dining 
room and kitchen. Kitchen has granite counter top and stainless-
steel appliances. All new furniture. Two short blocks to a large 
beach and the boardwalk. Close to public rest room on the beach. 
Ideal location for families.

Absolutely no smoking and no pets.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air, ceiling fans, microwave, blender, coffee 
maker,refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, 
dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 flat screen TV'S, 2 DVDs, 2 queen beds, 
2 twin bunk beds, a third bunk bed (sleeps 2 on bottom, 1 on top), 
plus pull-out queen sofa bed. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Parking for 
2 cars off street (one in garage). Outside enclosed shower. Front 
porch and back deck. Wireless internet access available.
Also, for winter use, house is heated and there is a gas fireplace 
in the living room.

Activities and Attractions

Park your car in the driveway and walk or ride your bike 
everywhere! Very close to beach and boardwalk with public rest 
rooms, rides, arcade, miniature golf, Mack and Manco pizza, 
Johnson's Popcorn, Ike's Crabcakes, Bob's Grill, and Old Salt and 
other shops to name just a few! Wawa, Dunkin Donuts, and Eckerd 
Drugs 2 blocks away. Boyar's Market with fresh meats one block away 
and Super Fresh just 6 blocks away. There is a bakery and an 
icecream shop just one block away. Also close to downtown shopping.
There is always something happening in OC, even in the winter time!  
Do a google search for "ocean city new jersey calendar" and you will 
find a calendar of scheduled events for the year.

Just a short drive to Atlantic City with it's boardwalk, many 
casinos, shows, and night life! Also close to Cape May and the Cape 
May Zoo. There are many good restaurants across the 9th Street 
Bridge in Somers Point and across the 34th Street Bridge in Marmora.
