Do not be fooled... this unit is OCEAN FRONT and not Ocean View! It is a big difference in privacy
and view. You
are right "on the water" with nobody looking around the corner into you patio and rooms! You look
outside
while in this unit and you will feel like you
are on a Cruise Ship... all you see is water!
TV's and DVD's in everyroom with a 46" DLP TV with upconverting DVD player in Living Room. Or put
on the
Stero open the sliders and enjoy the breeze.
If you need a 3 bedroom in Rocky Point, this is it! Eliminate the hassle and extra cost of going
through the
Resort and book through us. Lower cost, more flexibility and with the same services.
If you have never been to Rocky Point or if you haven't been to RP in a while then this is the place
to stay.
Enjoy sitting on our large and comfortable living room couch and relax after a hard day on the
beach. Watch a
movie on our big screen TV and watch the amazing sunsets. Then move outside on to the wrap around
patio to
enjoy the cool ocean breezes. Be sure to check the tide schedules to take advantage of the "sea
creature"
hunting with the kids.
We routinely spot Dolphin pods in the evening from our balcony.

Other packages are available
50% to hold reservation, balance is due 7 days prior to reservation.
Daily maid service is optional at $55 a cleaning. If you are staying for more that a few days then
we can
negotiate.
End of stay cleaning fee is INCLUDED in rental rates
Resort may charge a (fully refundable) $150 damage deposit at check in providing nothing is damaged.
