Vacation Rental Description

A beautifully furnished 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo located in the
OceanWalk Community.  

Master Bedroom - King Size Bed, Futon, walk-in closet, sliding glass
door access to rear balcony, TV
Master Bath - dual sinks, Jacuzzi Roman Tub, separate shower, HUGE!!
Bedroom (2) - Queen size bed, 2 closets, private access to 2nd
bathroom, TV
Bedroom (3) - Full size bed, TV

It is furnished for all to enjoy.  The high-top square dining table
that can be expanded for larger parties, seats 6.  Bar access to
kitchen with 3 barstools. Open kitchen with all amenities.

Living Room - comfy leather couches, TV w/ DVD & VCR,
Games for all ages

Vacation Rental Amenities

OceanWalk offers resort style living...Pool, Spa, Sauna, Gym, Tennis
Courts, Basketball Courts, BBQ Grills on Pool Deck, Putting Green,
Clubhouse, Nature Walk, Shuffleboard, Covered garage parking, Car 
Wash area at each building, an observation / sun deck at the top of 
each building.

Inside - TV and ceiling fans in each room.  TV/DVD/VCR combo in 
living room.  Glass top stove, dishwasher, washer dryer, Jacuzzi tub 
in master, balcony seating w/ table, playing cards and games for all 
ages

Outside - only a short walk to the beach and a short drive to great
restaurants and bars.

Activities and Attractions

15 minutes from Daytona Beach / Speedway
60 minutes from Orlando, Disney, Universal, etc
45 minutes from Kennedy Space Center / Ron John Surf Shop
National Park just minutes away.

We have a book full of ideas, menus, etc available inside of the 
condo.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan - Apr: $875 / week & $2,300 / month
May - Jun: $775 / week & $2,150 / month
July - Sept: $675 / week & 1,975 / month
Oct - Dec: $775 / week & $2,150 / month
Daytona Race weeks or Bike Week: $1,200 / week
***Additional days can be purchased depending on availability***
All rates are subject to 12.5% sales / resort tax
Cleaning Fee (non-refundable): $100
Deposit (refundable): $500
50% of rental along with tax, deposit, and cleaning fee is due in 
order to confirm reservation.  Remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to 
arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
6 months prior to arrival - full refund
3 months prior to arrival - 10% of rental fee will not be refunded
1 month prior to arrival - 50% of rental fee will not be refunded
7 days prior to arrival - there will be no refund of rental fee
Deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded upon any cancellation.  If 
the condo can be rented for the same week after cancellation, all 
monies will be refunded.

Check in time is 3pm.
Check out time is 11am.
These times can be changed if necessary, however ample time is needed
in order for the condo to be cleaned for the next guest.

Rates are subject to change at any time w/o notice.
