Beach with private gated access right out the door. Major grocery store, many restaurants located nearby, Dunkin' Donuts, and Cocoa Beach Pier are within walking distance.
Though we are located near the Pier in Cocoa Beach the complex itself is private and quite. If you want to go to the Pier, it is a short walk.
Souvenir stores are within 1 mile. Casino gambling cruise ship is 2 miles away and goes out twice daily.
The Kennedy Space Center is 15 miles away. Major shopping mall is 5 miles away. Orlando is 40 miles away.

December 15, 2012 to April 26, 2013 --- $950/week - weekly rentals only
April 27, 2013 to May 31, 2013 --- $750/week - daily rental accepted
June 1, 2013 to August 30, 2013 --- $950/week - weekly rentals only

Cleaning is an additional fee of $70.00.
$300 additional security deposit required at booking to hold reservation. Deposit is not refundable if a cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival unless we get other renters to replace you.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
