Cleaning is an additional fee of $70.00.

$300 additional security deposit required at booking to hold reservation. Deposit is not refundable if a cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival unless we get other renters to replace you.

Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Maximum occupancy is 6 persons.

Smoking not permitted inside condo. No pets allowed by renters.
