 This is a central air-conditioned, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, ground floor
 condo, with a wraparound screened porch and deck which overlook
 landscaped bushes, grass and trees. Maximum occupancy - 6 people.

*We have new carpeting in the living room, dining room, den and hall.
*Master bedroom with a brand new Simmons Beautyrest king-sized bed; master bathroom has a whirlpool tub (with shower) and a separate stall shower
*Second bedroom with two twin beds
*Third bedroom with a day-bed with a trundle bed underneath that
   becomes either two twin beds or a king-sized bed
*Easy 2 block walk to the tennis center with 22 tennis courts, to
the fitness center (which also includes an outdoor and an indoor
pool, jacuzzi, full-court basketball court, concession area and
playground), and to another outdoor pool
10-15 minute walk to the beach
*Shuttle stop at the end of our block, which provides easy access
to beach and other areas of Sea Colony

for this condo if rented through Sea Colony (Resort Quest Rental) or
other property management companies. All rentals are Saturday-
Saturday. These rates do not include a weekly recreation fee which
will be charged by Sea Colony whether rented through this website or
directly through Resort Quest.
