side.  See the ocean, watch the activities, short walk to the beach and  
your favorite restaurants. 
 
Three bedrooms, 2 baths.  Master bedroom has a queen bed.  One  
bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds. Perfect  
for a family with children or couples.  Sleeps 6.  Totally furnished  
kitchen.  Three TVs with CD players.  Beautifully decorated. 
 
Two parking spaces per unit. (Sorry, no pool.)

Vacation Rental Rates

Saturday to Saturday rentals during June, July, August.  (Will  
consider partial weeks with 3 night minimum: $200/night, one night  
deposit) + 100.00 cleaning fee.  Weekly rate during these months:  
$1350/week, $300.00 deposit (will be returned after condo check) Includes cleaning fees and linens. 
Winter renters welcome!! October to April.  $1800.00/month--includes utilities. 
 
No Smoking. No House Parties.  No Pets. 
 
Not set up to take credit cards.
