Fabulous third floor ocean view condo (with elevator). Large porch on beach
side. See the ocean, watch the activities, short walk to the beach and
your favorite restaurants.
Three bedrooms, 2 baths. Master bedroom has a queen bed. One
bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has twin (no longer set up as bunk beds). Perfect for a family with children or couples. Sleeps 6. Totally furnished kitchen. Three TVs with CD players. Beautifully decorated.
Two parking spaces per unit. (Sorry, no pool.)

During June, July, August, through Labor Day(Will consider partial weeks with 2 night minimum: $225/night, one night deposit) + 100.00 cleaning fee. Includes linens.
Weekly rate during these months:
$1425/week, $300.00 deposit (will be returned after condo check) Cleaning fee-$100.00. Includes linens. Monthly rates: Decmeber to March: $1675 plus $100.00 exit cleaning fee.
Winter renters welcome!! October to April. $1600.00/month--includes utilities.
No Smoking. No House Parties. No Pets.
Not set up to take credit cards.
