gorgeous gourmet kitchen w/custom cabinetry, granite counters, high  
end stainless appliances and 2 Fireplaces. Private 1st floor MBR  
suite, large jacuzzi bath. Situated on 3 acres w/lovely perennial  
gardens, slate patio, stone walls, outdoor hot tub and outdoor  
shower. Just a short walk to deeded access on Lake Tashmoo.  Non- 
smoking property. Does not include the attached garage studio  
apartment, which there is a caretaker at times.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This home has plenty to offer for your vacation. If you like the  
outdoors, then you love this setting. A patio courtyard with lush  
gardens will make you want to be outside enjoying the beautiful  
Vineyard weather and features an outdoor shower, gas grill, shucking  
table and hot tub. Easy walk to deeded access to Lake Tashmoo, with  
rowboat and private beach. On the main floor is an oversized master  
bedroom which has a queen bed, private master bath with 9' shower  
and jacuzzi. The second floor bedrooms overlook the backyard gardens.  
there is second master queen bedroom suite with adjoining full bath.  
Two other queen bedrooms share a full bath. Second floor office has  
DSL, copier and fax. The Great room with a gas double sided  
fireplace opens to a large fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite  
counters and huge island. Wet bar area is located off the Great room.  
Den/family room with wood fireplace. TV's, wirless internet, Stereo, TIVO, DVD  
player come with. 1st floor W/D. 

Activities and Attractions

Plenty to do and see on Martha's Vineyard. Golf and tennis are  
nearby. Easy walk to beach area. Get your weekly clam license and  
bring home dinner. Tisbury town center is walkable although a car is  
recommended for travel to other parts of the island.

Vacation Rental Rates

May'08 - June 14, 2008- $3500/week 
June 14 thru Labor Day '08 - $4500/week 
September'08 (after Labor Day) $4000/week 
October'08- $3500/week 
November'08-April '09 $2500/week, Christmas week $3000 
Booking policy:  50% deposit plus security deposit required.   
Remainder due two months prior to arrival.  
Cancellation policy:  deposits will be refunded when the property is  
re-rented at the same rate and dates. $500 security deposit and $240 cleaning fee 
required.  
Additional cleaning fees will be assessed for smoking.
