smoking, new vacation condominium is located on the 16th floor of a
modern building. Smoking is permitted on the wrap around balcony
that overlooks the ocean. It is a perfect location for a vacation
getaway or for business purposes. This one bedroom condominium can
sleep 4. There is a beautiful queen size bed and two sofa beds that
convert to beds. It is the perfect location for the Long Beach Grand

The building has a state of art fitness center, including a heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Enjoy a beautiful sunset overlooking the beach, the Queen
Mary and the marina that is directly in front of you. Free Internet
and office access is provided but there is no telephone. HD TV with
international programming is included. There is a fully equipped
kitchen, refrigerator and coffee maker as well as a washer and
dryer in the condo. The dining room table seats 6 people. Take a bath in the
Grecian style tub with a European shower head for ease of showering
after a luxurious bath. There is parking in a private garage where
you can lock and store any additional valuables you may have. The
large wrap around balcony overlooks the ocean as well as the Long
Beach Grand Prix event. The Grand Prix event is directly beneath you
and you can see the entire race from the balcony that is 16 floors
above it.

There are many attractions and almost endless activities to enjoy
here! It is a short walk for a lovely beach stroll. You can walk to
the marina that you can see directly in front of the balcony.
Rainbow Harbor, the Pike and Pine Avenue are nearby with fabulous
dining adventures. Major attractions in the Long Beach area include
the Long Beach Performing Arts Center, the Aquarium and Long Beach
Convention Center. A short walk on the Long Beach pier takes you to
a location where you can catch a boat to beautiful Catalina Island.
You can ride the “Passport” to the Queen Mary, enjoy dinner or a
drink there then take the “Aqualink” to Belmont Shores. The Long
Beach airport is approximately 20 minutes away and Los Angeles
International airport approximately 30 to 45 minutes away (depending
upon traffic).
If you choose to attend a play at the Music Center downtown, there is
a metro station nearby that can take you there so you can leave your
car at “your home away from home.” Disneyland, Universal Studios and
Knotts Berry Farm are approximately 30 minutes away. Make this “your

Minimum stay is 5 days @ $300/night; $15 extra per person

verbal booking.
