is only 3 miles. Many malls are in the area including two outlet
malls. There are beaches within an half hour. An ice skating rink is
located near the Ellenton Outlet Mall. Sarsatoa, TAMPA AND Orlando
are all close enough to drive too. Busch Gardens is only 1 hour drive. If you like to fish or go boating
there are many rivers and lakes near by. The gulf and beaches are
only half hour away. About 15 minutes from Sarasota/Bradenton Airport

Summer rates July and August SPECIAL $50.00 A NIGHT PLUS 10% TAX.
September thru December 2009- Rates are $69.00 a night plus taxes
RATES DO NOT INCLUDE
6% FLORIDA SALES TAX AND 4% RESORT TAX.
A security deposit of $100.00 is required. Returned after inspection at end of your stay.
2010 Rates will continue to be only $69.00 a night
