Country Cottage located in a quiet area of Bradenton. Located on
private secluded  property .The cottage has its own fenced yard, with a Gazebo and other amenities .
 The home is completely furnished and
has all linens, towels. Kitchen has all you need to prepare meals as you would at home.  2  furnished bedrooms.   Living room has sofa bed.
Bathroom has bathtub/shower.  Washer and dryer  in the cottage.

Washer and Dryer. a/c and heat and ceiling fans . Direct TV. Wireless
internet available. DVD and Vhs tapes for your use  Movies for family
and kids. Gas and charcoal grills to use. Bikes for adults and kids. Fishing tackle and poles. Beach towels and mats etc. 3 sets of Golf clubs

Located in an area close to many resturants and shopping. A Walmart
is only 3 miles. Many malls are in the area including two outlet
malls. There are beaches within an half hour. An ice skating rink is
located near the Ellenton Outlet Mall. Sarsatoa, TAMPA AND Orlando
are all close enough to drive too. Busch Gardens is only 1 hour drive. If you like to fish or go boating
there are many rivers and lakes near by. The gulf and beaches are
only half hour away. About 15 minutes from Sarasota/Bradenton Airport

January thru June rates  are $70.00 a night, plus 11.5 %

 Summer rates July and August  SPECIAL $65.00 A NIGHT PLUS 11.5% TAX.

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE 
FLORIDA SALES TAX AND  RESORT TAX   is 11.5%

A 3 night minumum  stay required

   Cancellation must notify us   10 days before  check in

 A  security deposit of $100.00 is required.  Returned after inspection at end of your stay.
