the occasional bald eagle; sandy beach, dock, float, canoe all  
included!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full kitchen with range, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher,  
pots (including large lobster size), pans, cooking utensils, dishes,  
silverware.  Full size washer/dryer; CD & Stereo; DVD/VCR & TV.  
 
Propane BBQ grill on patio, several sets of outdoor furniture &  
picnic table.

October      $1000 per week, $175/weekend day, $150/weekday 
November     $1000 per week, $175/weekend day, $150/weekday 
All rates subject to 7% Maine Sales Tax, $85.00 Cleaning Fee,      
$500 security deposit plus 1/2 rental at time of booking, balance     
30 days prior; weeks rental 4pm Saturday-10am Saturday
