This gorgeous vacation home sits on a 1 acre setting nestled in the
Napa Valley with stunning views of magnificent hills and beautiful
vineyards and wineries. The stunning home is also located directly
across the street from the brand new Del Dotto Caves and Winery in
St. Helena! You can walk across the street!! The home is nestled
around Franciscan Winery, Whitehall Lane Winery, and V. Sattui
Winery! It's between V. Sattui and Franciscan Winery! Located 1
mile from the quaint , downtown St. Helena. You can enjoy shopping,
bakeries, wine tasting, and fabulous restaurants there! St. Helena is
near two premium outlet shopping centers, less than a mile
from several world-renowned wineries and walking distance to the
Napa River and Dean and Deluca! Relax or unwind at the cottage
overlooking the views or tour around the gorgeous Napa Valley.
There is plenty of seating to lounge around or sit by the fire, play
pool, or watch your children play in the swing set located in the
backyard. A most relaxing retreat for any family, group of friends
or corporate event. We are located between Franciscan Winery and V.
Sattui Winery in Saint Helena.

Our interior was completely renovated the summer of
2006. This is a single level home. The living space is huge and has an open floor plan! The kitchen and all 3 bathrooms have been remodeled with slate and travertine! This fabulous 5 bedroom, 3 full bath home features:
The family room has plasma TV, couch, loveseat, 2 chairs and wood burning fireplace!
There are 5 wineries you can walk to from the house!
The kitchen has granite, new appliances, two coffee makers, toaster, pots, pans, baking sheets, cookbooks, barstools, plates, glassware, flatware, and entertaining platters all for your use.
There is an abundance of seating in the living room with a leather sectional. It’s perfect to watch your favorite DVD or sporting event!
The sunroom has additional seating for another 6 people. Enjoy your coffee or wine while looking at the magnificent views from the sunroom!

apply. Rates are based on November-January.
$750.00 a night based on 8 people,for holidays, special events, wine
crush , and the months of February-October.
$850 per night based upon more than 8 people.
$175.00 non refundable cleaning fee.
$500.00 refundable deposit.
