This gorgeous vacation home sits on a 1 acre setting nestled in the
Napa Valley with stunning views of magnificent hills and beautiful
vineyards and wineries. The stunning home is also located directly across the street from the brand new Del
Dotto Caves and Winery in St. Helena. The home is nestled between two world classs wineries. It's between
V. Sattui and Franciscan Winery. Located 1 mile from the quaint downtown St.
Helena, near two premium outlet shopping centers, less than a mile
from several world-renowned wineries and walking distance to the
Napa River and Dean and Deluca! Relax or unwind at the cottage
overlooking the views or tour around the gorgeous Napa Valley.
There is plenty of seating to lounge around or sit by the fire, play
pool, or watch your children play in the swing set located in the
backyard. A most relaxing retreat for any family, group of friends
or corporate event. We are located between Franciscan Winery and V.
Sattui Winery in Saint Helena.
As you step foot in the doorway, you will know what we mean when we

Our interior has just been completely renovated this past summer of
2006. This 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home features a spacious floor
plan with two dining areas, the formal dining room can accommodate
10 with a plasma TV in the family room, and comfortable seating in
the living room to watch your favorite DVD. Two bedrooms are
carpeted while the other two have hard wood flooring. There are
cozy queen beds throughout the home except for one room featuring a
pleasant day bed.

$175.00 non refundable cleaning fee.
$500.00 deposit
