Located on the beach with an ocean view.  This is a large studio, 
non-smoking, with 1 bathroom.  This condo has a large white tile 
floor
and a kitchenette with 2 refrigerators, cable TV, Stereo, VCR, and a 
microwave oven.  It sleeps 2 comfortably.  It has 1 queen bed, 1 
couch, and is available for 2 people maximum.  The owner keeps 
this place very clean and stays there 5-6 times per year.

Brand New Tiki Bar with frozen drinks, 9 TV's with sporting events,

Jet Skiing, Night Clubs, and fishing off the pier.  You can walk to 
restaurants, the supermarket, and local shops. By car, there is a 
dog and horse track. On the Intercoastal Waterway, you can take the 
water taxi to the famous Riverwalk or other destinations.
