Vacation Rental Description

most popular restaurants, marina and beaches on Grand Traverse Bay. Also, within minutes of multiple 
accesses to Elk Lake and Torch Lake, the top two rated most beautiful lakes in the world.
This beautiful home provides 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths all tiled. The master bedroom has a queen 
size bed, private bath with jet tub for two and private deck.  Second & third bedrooms with queen 
size beds and fourth with full size sofa sleeper.  Main floor has a open 
kitchen to living room with oak floors, fireplace and dining room with slider to 
deck, complete with patio furniture and grill. The lower level has 
two bedrooms, bath and laundry, furnished family room including 
daybed, gas fireplace and wet bar. Also, a slider going out to the 
back yard with firepit.

Fourth of July week/Cherry Festival Week...$1500.00/week, (July 4 - July 13)
Harbor Days Week.....$1800.00 week (July 27 - Aug. 3)Book early and recieve a discount

Half of rate due upon reservation(non-refundable/reschedule only), 
balance due along with a $300.00 security deposit a week prior to arrival.
