Manasquan Getaway is a private well kept home. It is approximately 1 1/2 MILES from the beach. The
home has central air and is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is outside the busy beach area,
west of town but convenient to everything including hwy 34 and 35 therefore making a commute easier
and quicker.

The living room is almost always sunny as it faces south! There is cable TV, high speed internet
service, and a cozy, comfy denim sofa and loveseat.

The spacious eat in kitchen is an easy one for cooking. There are 3 good sized bedrooms of which 2
have queen size beds and the third one has a set of twin beds. The den can be used for an extra
bedroom or a diningroom, whichever is needed! It has a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses (could
accommodate extra friends and/or relatives!). There is also a dining room table so 8
could sit comfortably. (You would need to move the funiture a little though.)

The basement is huge and it has a pool table.

The home is only 61 miles from NY city and the train station is within walking distance.
