Vacation Rental Description

THE RIVER AND THROUGH THE WOODS 
 
Our Chalet is your home away from home nestled in the heart of the Poconos.  Awake to the sounds of  
nature while watching the sunrise from the sunroom-or-stay snug in your cozy bed till noon because  
the action never stops in the Hideout. 
 
          SLEEPING 
 
*The master bedroom- features a queen size bed, sliding glass doors lead to its private deck, and  
cable TV. 
*The second bed room is perfect for the little ones with 2 twin beds, cable TV, and Playstation. 
*The loft suite boasts of sunlight from its full window views.  Queen size bed and a reading room by  
day-observatory by night.  
*The heated sun room has a full pull out bed. 
*Sitting room off the loft has a queen size blow-up mattress. 
 
          TWO FULL BATHS 
 
The main bath closet houses a hair dryer, toilet Tissue (less for you to pack),cleaning supplies,  
and plenty of room to store your towels and toiletries.   
The second bath is downstairs off the game room and has a Jacuzzi tub. 
(Bath tub with jets) 
 
          KITCHEN 
 
Fully equipped eat-in kitchen.  Refrigerator with water and icemaker on door, dishwasher, microwave,  
coffee maker, blender, and cleaning supplies. 
 
          BBQ GRILLING DECK 
 
Propane grill with two propane tanks located just off the kitchen. 
 
          FAMILY ROOM 
 
Always comfy with a wood burning stove for the chilly times and AC for the hot times.  Cable TV (The  
Hideout has its own channel to inform you of planned activities), VHS, DVD, players and a library of  
movies for the young and old.  The ottoman stores maps and brochures to help plan your days. 
 
          SUNROOM 
 
The sliding glass door leads into the sunroom with two tables for eating or game playing.  The  
lounge area also host a number of board games. 
 
          GAME ROOM 
 
Found on the lower level with Air hockey, foosball, and electronic darts.  This room is a ton of fun. 
 
          WALK-OUT BASEMENT 
 
We are converting the back of the basement!  Thanks to all our loyal renters!!   
We now have an office with internet hook up!!  The second family room will be done soon!! 
 
          MUD ROOM 
 
Great place to come in and take the layers off.  Washer and dryer and plenty of room to store  
outdoor equipment.

Vacation Rental Rates

Renal Rates: 
 * $975.00 Weekly (Sat. 2:00pm to Sat. 11:00am)  
 * $575.00 3-day Holiday weekend (Fri. 2:00pm to Mon. 3:00pm) 
 * $475.00 Weekend (Fri. 2:00pm to Sun. 3:00pm) 
   $50.00 Per dog per stay 
*renter must pay Hideout fee $75.00 to $175.00 depending on length of stay
