bed in master, Bunkbeds in 1st bedroom with a twin on top and double
on bottom, queen in 2nd bedroom, 2 twin beds in upstairs bedroom,
queen air matress for extra guests. Crib or pack-n-play available on
request. Bedrooms 1 thru 3 all have private bathrooms. Upstairs
kitchen and livingroom have oceanview. Private pool in backyard with
hot tub and BBQ for entertaining. Upstairs sundeck has a nice table
for dinners looking out to the ocean. There are plenty of beach
chairs, towels, coolers, and boogie boards for your
use at the beach.

You will enjoy a big house perfect for any familiy to stay and enjoy
the pool or head down to any of the local beaches. We are just 1.5
miles from downtown Dana Point, 1.5 miles from Capistrano Beach,
7 miles to Laguna Beach, 5 miles to the San Clemente Pier. 60 miles
