Vacation Rental Description

                       OCEANFRONT COVE CONDO
                  15 MILES FROM THE MAZATLAN AIRPORT.
                      AIRPORT SHUTTLE PROVIDED.
     Oceanfront clean studio condos and apartments with kitchenettes 
on a Stunning Secluded Beach with miles of white sand. Isla de la 
Piedra (Stone Island) is the best of both worlds, a quiet island 
retreat that is minutes from the big city excitment in Mazatlan.
Ferries commute between Mazatlan and the island every 15 minutes, 
24 hours per day (cost $1.00).The ferry crossing takes 10 minutes. 
     The sandy beach is 20 feet from the front door and stretches 
along the turquoise blue Pacific Ocean for 10 miles.The long 
sandy beach is perfect for walking and jogging. No huge crowds,
so it is very relaxing. The Condos are on an ocean cove so the 
water has very little undertow,great for swimming,snorkeling, 
and kayaking.There is also a swimming lagoon a half mile away 
that is as safe as a swimming pool, with absolutely no ocean 
currents. There are numerous resonable beachfront restaraunts,
as well as small local grocery stores, all within easy walking distance.

     Oceanfront apartments include fully equipped kitchenette and 
bathroom, linens provided.The beds are heavenly and each one has 
new bedding plus a new memory foam mattress(April 2008).There is 
also a garden patio,with a 30 foot waterfall where Iguanas peep out at 
visitors.The garden patio and the units all have stunning ocean views.
     The owner operator is an American who speaks Spanish and is 
available to assist guests. We offer airport pick-up and drop-off, 
which includes an tour to familiarize visitors with our 
island retreat.

Activities and Attractions

     Enjoy the local activities of snorkeling, fishing, surfing, kayaking, 
bicycling, boat rides and quad rentals, plus swimming in a pristine 
lagoon with soft white sand.
    We offer reasonable kayak, bicycle, surfboard, and snorkel gear rentals.
We have all the gear you need right at the Villa so you won't have to pay
outrageous prices for sporting goods in Mazatlan.
