Margaritabiz offers this large 9th floor fully furnished and equipped 
size 145M2 3 bedroom 3 bath unit with large terrace overlooking the 
sea and pool. It is one of our favorite units and really the only one 
of this quality that is located right on the beach. We have lots  
more differently priced ones for you if you will enquire by email or  
our website. 
 
We ourselves manage personally around 10 properties on the island of 
Margarita and take bookings for several others that are well 
maintained and managed by their US Canadian or European owners.

We basically need from you (1) arrival and departure dates and (2) how 
many guests including children and infants (3) any special 
requirements and questions so we can attend to you better.

Activities and Attractions

Main attraction I think is that you can walk, skate or jog to La  
Caracola beach very close by where the beach sea side asphalted road  
is cordoned off by the police blocking off the motor vehicle traffic  
for exclusive use of pedestrians to enjoy the beach and excercise  
under police protection and which is done twice daily. 
 
There are other activities available like horse back riding, swim  
with dolphins, water park, amusement parks, island tours, trips to  
Los Roques national park, trips to other islands like Coche and  
Cubagua... 
 

Vacation Rental Rates

Prices are very reasonable and we will usually come up with a good 
deal for you especially in local currency with present conversion 
rates, we accept payments into our local Venezuelan bank accounts, 
local PLATA electronic account, wires to our offshore accounts, and  
of course Paypal.  
 
Our rates are from around US$ 300 to US$ 1000 per week depending on  
which of our numerous units you choose but we are totally flexible  
and want your business so please ask!
