Panne's Sea Oak Villa in Vero Beach

Sea Oaks is just that, a gated community filled with various foilage
and oak trees. The villas are
one of our many types of homes in this community. They are
generally 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with
screened or glassed in porch. Sea Oaks has it's own marina on the
Indian River and numerous pools.
The beautiful Beach Club features an olympic sized pool and jacuzzi
overlooking the ocean. A
special treat is the fine dining in the Club or lunch around the
pool. If you like to be there when
the sun rises, you can hear the sound of the surf, view the tracks
of the sea turtles, or watch the
graceful flight of the pelicans following the surf.

The amenities include the pro-am exhibitions on Wednesday, Happy
Hour Friday nights, or perhaps you
will be lucky enough to be there when the Notables sing or to
participate in one of the many tennis
mixers. There are also cookouts and pool parties and so on.

The great thing about Sea Oaks is the unlimited amount of physical
activities available. You could
start with surfing at Wabasso Beach, take a swim in the pools or
ocean, bike in the lanes available
along the highway, boat in the ocean or in the Indian River, go wind
surfing, fish in many
locations, play tennis on 16 tennis courts, or work out in the
workout room.

The rates during our prime season, January-March, are $5000 a month. During
other times of the year the rate will vary. There is an application
fee of $50. departure cleaning
fee, 11% tax, and a mandatory club fee.

This is a bright and charming villa.You will find yourself
comfortable and at peace.
