Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful three bedroom cottage is situated ona a lovely  
natural saltwater creek and overlooks a conservation area. The creek  
is teeming with bird and aquatic life. Catch crabs and fish from  
your private dock, take your boat out to Tampa Bay, kayak with the  
manatees or just relax and watch the beautiful herons wade in the  
shallows. 
   The master bedroom has a romantic King-size four-poster bed, an  
en suite bath, a 20" plasma TV with built in DVD player, a lovely  
view down the creek from your bed and private access to the 1000'  
deck. 
   The two other bedrooms share a bath. One has 2 twin beds and the  
other has a queen size bed.  
   The eat in kitchen also opens onto the deck and is fully  
applianced and appointed. It has been recently renovated with all new 
appliances and is cute, clean, bright and functional. 
   The living room has a 42" plasma TV with a built in DVD player  
and is satellite connected. Wireless internet access is available. 
   The one car garage has an auxilliary fridge for beverages, fish  
or bait, and a new washer and dryer. Linens are provided.

Nov. 16 thru May. 15  $1100/wk *  $3300/mo 
May. 16 thru Nov 15   $900/wk *   $2700/mo 
 
There are no additional fees or taxes. 
 
* Christmas/New Years bookings are flat rate, $1,600, for the two weeks from Saturday Dec. 20th,  
2008 to Saturday Jan. 3rd, 2009. 
 
* A Premium may be applied to Special Event periods including but not limited to February 1, 2009. 
 
Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals preferred. Multi-week or monthly rentals  
will have more flexibility with start and end days. 
 
Check out by 11am Check in after 3 pm unless prior arrangements are  
made.  
 
A $500 deposit is required to confirm booking, a larger deposit may be required for monthly  
reservations. 
  
A valid credit card will be required at check-in for security and  
will be charged only in the event of damage.
