Summer Villa is a short, easy walk to the beach, has a private SOLAR 
HEATED pool, hot tub and game room with pool table and mini fridge. 

Summer Villa is also Pet Friendly (dogs only). 

This comfortable 5 bedroom, 3 bath home is fully equipped for the 
comfort and convenience of it's guests.  High speed wireless 
internet, multiple TV's/DVD/VCR's, a large Jacuzzi tub, wood burning 
fireplace, stereo with CD player and poolside sound system are just a 
few of the amenities provided.  The Great Room, with cathedral 
ceiling, has plenty of room for your whole family to enjoy, along 
with the screened porch and spacious deck.  There is also a large 
loft area with TV for additional relaxation.  

For enjoying your days at the beach, a beach cart, chairs, 
boogie/skim boards and a beach umbrella are provided.  And, you have 
access to community tennis courts as a guest at Summer Villa.  Plus, 
the house is close to lots of shops, restaurants, activities,
sightseeing attractions and golf course.
