Ceiling fans and cable TV in living room and both bedrooms! DVD  
player in living room. Fully equipped kitchen with electric range,  
microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Washer/dryer in unit. Great  
place for the family. Seniors welcome, security deposit required.

Fully refundable security deposit required.  $500 in June, $250 in  
July and August. 
 
Rentals are Saturday-Saturday unless otherwise agreed.
