kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and lanai, and half bath with attached one car garage. The
living room is equipped with LCD TV.
The kitchen is complete for all of your cooking needs as well as a gas grill on the lanai.

The house is completely air-conditioned on both floors with ceiling fans in all rooms including the
lanai. Moving on to the second floor, you will find a master bedroom with complete bathroom and a
