Vacation Rental Description

This is a large home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms(two bedrooms
on either side of the property )in a quite residential area. This
would make a great vacation house for families who wish to travel with
their in-laws or children or both but still have their own privacy. 
The property is about one mile from the beautiful and famous Ft 
Lauderdale beach. Relax in this beautiful home read a book, watch a
DVD, meditate or just switch off and enjoy.

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is pool and large eat in fully equipped kitchen, separate 
dining area and two separate seating areas one at the front of the 
house and one at the rear facing the pool. The Master bedroom has 
its own on-suite bathroom and King sized bed, the other bedrooms 
have King and Full sized beds.

Cable TV, Stereo/CD/DVD player

Quiet dead end street, lovely community
Beautiful Ft Lauderdale beach and Las Olas just one mile away

Activities and Attractions

There are great restaurants and shops close by on Oakland Pk Blvd, Las
Olas, Galeria Mall, A1A (major thoroughfare with restaurants,shops and
close to Ft Lauderdale beach. The Beach is less than a mile from the
property.

Great shopping at Sawgrass Mills or more up market at Bal Harbor 
both just 20 minutes away. Other attractions the Hard Rock 
Cafe Hotel, Miami Seaquarium and famous Fairchild Gardens. South
Florida has something for everyone.

Thsi is South Florida we have everything Golfing, Scuba Diving,
Sailing, The Everglades (talk to and Aligator or maybe just look),
Sailbord Riding everything except snow!

May 1 – Nov 30	$400/nightly	$450/weekend night    $2,500/weekly	$7,500/mo	
Dec 1 – April 30 $500/nightly	 $550/weekend night     $3,500/weekly
$10,500/mo

Holidays significantly higher.  Please call for 
those rates. 

Cleaning fee $150 per week   

Minimum stay is 4 nights except for holiday weekends which is a 
minimum of 7 nights.
