lovely private courtyard complete with concrete garden benches
surrounding a large old mesquite tree. Barbeque and outdoor
furniture make this Courtyard great for entertaining.

Parking for two cars adjacent to front door/courtyard with much more
parking available on the extra-sized, private lot.

This cottage is centrally located near Country Club and Grant,
within walking distance of some great antique stores and bus line.

The interior has been completely repainted, carpeted, is fresh and
attractive. Very nice furnishings.

This cottage is completely furnished with tasteful furnishings,
paintings, and prints. All linens, comforters, new pots
and pans, silverware, two flat screen TVs and DVD/VCR players,
English desk for your computer or letter writing, and a bookcase
filled with good books are included. It has a large living room,
separate kitchen with table and chairs, a 6 x 10 bath with Kenmore
stackable washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, and a small bedroom
with new double bed and dresser, comforters, and nite stands, TV and
DVD player.

The couch is comfortable for sleeping and a twin fold-a-bed is
available if company visits.

All utilities, high speed Internet, telephone, and cable TV are
included.

There will be Tide, soap, some condiments, and a welcoming basket
there to greet you. You need only bring your clothes and toothbrush.

This cottage is completely private, accessed down a private lane
with 6' fencing separating it off from the street, main house, and
neighbors.

This place is really cute and spotless!!!

Centrally located at Grant and Country Club, 15 minutes from
downtown where most cultural activities and the Gem Show are held, 3
miles to the University, city golf and tennis just 3 miles away, La
Paloma golf about 15-20 minutes away, airport about 15-20 minutes, 3
shopping malls in each direction, and Grant Rd is the antique
lovers' street of choice.

The advance deposit will not be refunded if you DO NOT honor your
reservation. Both deposits are refundable if property left in clean
